                      QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION   

                Find Your Passion Sponsorship - All Grades 

• Student of a single parent house hold.
• Student must have and maintain a "C" average.
• Student will not be required to write an essay or do community service.
• Complete the Student application for Sponsorship.
• Provide an explanation of need and the name of the activity.

                                      Apply by April 1st   

            Fresh Start Scholarship - Senior in High School and any college or trade institution

                                    -OR-

           Go the Distance Scholarship - Senior in High School or Attending CF or Santa Fe College

• Student of a single parent house hold.
• Student must have and maintain a "C" average. 
• Student must be a senior in high school or enrolled in or attending college. 
• Student must be able to show twenty (20) hours of community service. 
• Complete the Student application for the scholarship.
•  Write a 200 word essay on; Your financial need, your college subject of study, why you chose the subject of study, and community service you have engaged in.

                  Sponsorship Award Announcements

Award announcements will be annual and the 1st Tuesday in May. An email and phone call will be made to each student selected.
